Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from our store under the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Accessories such as stethoscopes, bags, and shoes must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@medwearessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to post the refund may vary.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please indicate this when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
