All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed via email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer multiple shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days.
- Overnight / Priority Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight of your order, and your delivery location. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Occasionally, we may also offer free shipping promotions on select items.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are planning to expand internationally in the future. Please check back or contact us if you are outside the US and wish to place an order.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@medwearessentials.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order promptly. Please retain all packaging and damaged items for claims.

If your order requires special delivery instructions (such as gated communities or workplace addresses), please include these in the “Notes” section at checkout. While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests.
